Alessia and Jason live in Avon Lake with their three children, Alexander, AJ, and Ava. Alessia was born in New Jersey and enjoys having East Coast roots; there's nothing like Italian food from NY and NJ!!!!! She loves raising her family in the Midwest and appreciates the opportunities her children have had, which are some of the main reasons her parents chose to move here when she was growing up. Team Lloyd, as she affectionately calls their family of 5, are members at Hope Christian Church in Avon, where she is active in Women's Bible Study and student ministry.

Her favorite part of ministry is connecting with the students and planning events, which makes the opportunity with FCA a perfect fit. She looks forward to serving in the county where she lives and supporting the current staff with her administrative and event planning experience. Before coming to FCA, Alessia was the administrative director for a small nonprofit in Cleveland for seven years, serving the unsheltered and homebound populations. The role of Area Director is both exciting and challenging, and she hopes to help make an impact and continue the growth FCA has experienced in Lorain, Cuyahoga, and Medina counties in the last few years!
