As an Area Representative, Mitchell Bischoff is passionate about developing student leaders, equipping volunteers, and building strong community partnerships to advance the mission of the Gospel. His work focuses on starting and strengthening campus huddles, mentoring leaders to remain Christ-centered, and cultivating financial partnerships that sustain and expand local ministry efforts. Mitchell is driven by a desire to steward relationships well and strategically align with what God is already doing in the Tri-County area.
Mitchell and his wife, Savannah, have been married for six years and are the proud parents of their one-year-old daughter, Violet Marie. Together, they are committed followers of Jesus and actively seek to live out their faith both in their home and in their community. They currently reside in Rittman, Ohio.
A graduate of Norton High School, Mitchell has an accomplished wrestling background, including being a two-time placer at the OHSAA State Tournament, a 2015 Eastern Nationals Champion, and an NHSCA Senior National Finalist in 2016. He went on to become a two-time All-American at the University of Akron. Mitchell also holds a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry Studies from Grace Theological Seminary.
In addition to his ministry work, Mitchell has served the wrestling community as an Ohio Wrestling Official for the past five years and has coached athletes for over a decade across various programs. He and Savannah have also been involved in cross-cultural ministry work and furthered their theological training by auditing the GCBI program in Florida during the 2024–2025 year. He and his family are members of Grace Church in Norton! Mitchell began his journey with FCA as a volunteer in 2024 and joined staff in 2025.
Mitchell’s life and ministry are anchored in John 10:10 and Psalm 73:26. He is inspired by Jesus’ promise of a full and abundant life and is continually reminded that true strength comes from God alone. His mission is to boldly live as a champion for Christ while helping others do the same.
